Constant Temperature and Humidity Machine

A constant temperature and humidity machine is an air conditioning device that can precisely control the temperature and humidity of the air. Its core function is to maintain the set temperature (usually 22-26℃) and relative humidity (such as 40%-60%) simultaneously.

The biggest difference between it and ordinary air conditioners lies in this: ordinary air conditioners only focus on cooling or heating, and dehumidification is an “unintended effect”; while the constant temperature and humidity system can be independently adjusted. Regardless of whether it’s cold, hot, dry or humid outside, it can operate stably and integrates four functions: cooling, heating, humidification and dehumidification.

Its working principle is to monitor the environment in real time through sensors and automatically command different components to operate: when the humidity is high, dehumidification is activated; when it is low, humidification is activated; when the temperature is high, cooling is activated; when it is low, heating is activated.

It is mainly applied in scenarios with extremely high requirements for environmental stability, such as data centers (for anti-static purposes), museums (for protecting collections), laboratories, pharmaceutical workshops, textile factories, etc. There is also a home version, which is used in wine cellars or collection rooms.
