1.Working principle of Desiccant rotor dehumidifier:
After passing through the primary filter, the moist air enters the processing area of the rotor. The water molecules in the air are absorbed by the desiccant inside the rotor. The dried air is then adjusted to the required temperature by the post-cooling coil (or post-heating coil) and sent to the workplace. This cycle continues, ultimately achieving the requirements of humidity and temperature control. When the rotor’s fan-shaped section in the air processing area absorbs water molecules and becomes saturated, it will automatically rotate to the regeneration area for high-temperature regeneration treatment to restore its dehumidification capacity.
The functions of each section: The rotor is responsible for processing the humidity of the mixed air to the extreme working humidity required, making the dry air meet the humidity requirements. The post-cooling section or post-heating section adjusts the temperature of the dry air to the required temperature point for the workplace.
